Paying Your Deposit

Once you make your reservation you agree to view the vehicle within 3 days. In this time we will reserve the vehicle for you. If you have made no arrangement to view the vehicle within this time we will readvertise the vehicle once we have tried to make contact with you. If you choose not to leave a deposit the car will not be removed from sale.

Accepting Your Order

We make every effort to ensure listing descriptions are accurate, and they fairly and adequately describe the car, condtion and images at the time of sale. We can not give any guarantees to the completeness, accuracy or verification of the information for the relevant goods contained on our site or any contained links, and always advise you to check with an advisor before making your decision. When using our website or service you agree that Oakwood Motor Company are not liable for any claims or losses of any nature that may arise directly or indirectly from the purchase of a vehicle based only on the description / images information provided on our site.

We recommend you speak with one of our sales advisors. We welcome you to visit our showroom to see, test drive and inspect any of our vehicles for sale.
The sale does not become a binding contract between you and OAkwood Motor Company until you have taken receipt of your vehicle and have paid the balance in full and the relevant documents signed. The order acknowledgement via email or any other form is not part of a binding contract. You will only become the legal owner of the vehicle you have purchased once any payments have been received, cleared in full. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices

Whilst we try to ensure that all the for sale prices on www.OakwoodMotorCompany.com and other websites we may use for advertising are accurate, errors may and can occur. If we discover a price error we will endeavour to correct the information as soon as is possible, and inform you the customer by phone. email or both to discuss the price. You will have the option of reconfirming the sale or terminating the sale at this stage. If for any reason we are unable to contact you we will make the decision to terminate the sale. If you have already paid the balance in full we will refund within 30 days by the same payment method.

No Haggle Fixed Price Policy

To keep costs down for all of us we operate a no haggle fixed price policy.

Overseas Sales

Oakwood Motor Company are not responsible for any incurring charges if you decided to take your vehicle overseas. You may incurr import charges etc., It is your responsibility to contact your local customs offices as charges vary dependant upon country. You must also comply with relevant laws and regulations when choosing to import to any country the purchase takes place under UK law. We must receive payment in full and cleared before we can deliver or have the vehicle ready for collection.

International Property

All information and logos contained on this site are the property of Oakwood Motor Company and are protected in accordance with English Law and jurisdiction of English courts and international copyright. You agree when using our sites to not extract, copy, duplicate, useage of descriptions within our for sale items but not restricted to, video or audio, content, logos.

The relationship between you and us will be governed by English Law and agree to personal jurisdiction of English Law.
