As stated we are genuine car enthusiasts and we pride ourselves in the way we prepare our vehicles for sale. Every car is carefully selected and we try to find the best available example of each specific model, its price and year.

This gives you peace of mind that the car you are buying is in good condition.

From time to time cars do occasionally break down. That is why we offer an optional warranty for up to three years - call 01204 663 777 for more details.

As well as the option to extend your warranty for up to 3years, we also have several different packages ensuring you get the deal that is best for you. All cars purchased from Oakwood Motor Company come with a 4 star warranty and can be upgraded to a 5 star at a competitive price.

Periods of cover available for all of the above are 3,12, 24 and 36 months.
Available claim liabilities range from £1000 to the original vehicle Purchase Price dependent on the customers’ requirements. Maximum claim liabilities are indicative of a per claim basis and the Insured will be permitted to make unlimited claims throughout the duration including parts, labour and VAT.

4 Star Policy – applies to all cars and which are up to 10 years old and have not exceeded 100,000 miles at the inception date. Cover includes the breakdown of certain components under the following headings: Engine, Manual and Automatic Gearbox, Timing Belts (providing that there is proof that the manufacturers’ replacement recommendations have been complied with and the are free from oil contamination), Turbo, Front/Rear Drive System, Brakes, Steering, Cooling System, Propshaft, Fuel system, Front/Rear Suspension, Wheel Bearings, Clutch, Electrical, Casings.

5 Star Policy – suitable for all cars which are up to 5 years old and have not exceeded 60,000 miles at the inception date. During the period of insurance, all non-modified mechanical and electrical items will be insured against breakdown except those listed under exclusions.
